This research study is investigating how acutely elevated blood sodium level affects blood vessel and immune cell function. |

| Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria: |
Individuals between the ages of 40-60 years with no known history of cardiovascular disease or autoimmune disorders and are able to attend 3 separate visits to our lab over a period of ~1 month. |
