| Description of Study: | This study is examining gut function in women across the menopausal transition. As women go through menopause, estrogen levels decline and this may negatively impact gut function. We are interested to know if this relates to changes women experience in their blood vessel function across this transition. |

| Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria: | You may be eligible to participate if you are a woman between 18-60 years, have a normal blood pressure, do not smoke tobacco products, and do not have any gastrointestinal diseases. |
