REDCap Maintenance Procedure
Periodically, the REDCap application and/or the corresponding operating system require updates to maintain performance, security, and functionality. During these updates, REDCap will be temporarily unavailable. These updates are performed outside of business hours (8:00-4:30 M-F). We try to do maintenance at a time least impactful to our users. Anyone logged in to REDCap at that time will be notified 30 minutes before the system is taken offline.
In the event of a critical update that must be performed during business hours, all REDCap users will be notified 30 minutes ahead of time.
During these updates, REDCap may be unavailable for up to 2 hours.
